Refund policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for sealed products that are unused and still have the seal and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products sold unsealed, or for sealed products where the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty. Exclusions may apply to certain items, including clearance stock, customised products, and used items.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is not covered. We may offer either a store credit voucher or a refund of the purchase price paid, less any unrecoverable costs such as merchant fees and shipping charges.
If an item is faulty, we may request evidence such as photos or return of the product. If the fault is confirmed, we will provide a full refund and reimburse standard return shipping costs where applicable.
